Middle of April has been rough, for both writing and my life. I tried to follow a few themes from the last batch, but the more I wrote, the more I found I made a lot more based on other themes!
Of course, here's my favorites:
"Saving Memories" and "Another poem about writing" are both about writing! It's always fun to go a little meta sometimes.
"Hummingbird" is a reverse haiku. I challenged myself to write in a structured style, and while I couldn't keep it in a haiku, I really loved how this one turned out!
And finally, "Hestia" and "A Mysterious Key" are both little allusions to a few of my favorite stories.
See you next Wednesday for the last of the bunch - poems 21 - 30!
