a silent swirling galaxy
while the fan spins
brown eyes, soft smile
pulling me into
a warm embrace

I'm excited with some of the progress I've been making this month! Some prompts I'm using for other works, and I'm starting to see a few themes throughout this one.
From this group, my favorites are "A Busy Day", "Something ate my time", and "When I open my eyes"!
"Something ate my time", "Back from Spring Break", and "Zoom In" are based on my teacher life, which is a mixture of fun and frustration.
"A Busy Day" is based on this adorable pup right here!
And that's all for now! See you next Wednesday for more poems!
